Rick Miller of Miller Law, P.A. is an outstanding lawyer of the highest order. I have known him for decades and find him to be extremely knowledgeable, capable, and professional as a real estate lawyer...in short, nobody knows more about Florida real estate than Rick Miller. In addition, his interaction with clients is extremely courteous and respectful, giving each and every client very personal service...he demonstrates consistently that very rare ability to really listen to a client's concerns. Above all, he is totally upfront and honest with his impeccable and "spot-on" advise. His explanations are always clear and concise without the usual confusing "lawyerese" jargon that we "non-lawyers" find so confusing. The staff at Miller Law, as well, are "second to none", pleasantly greeting all who come through the door, making them feel truly welcome and comfortable. For me, Rick Miller at Miller Law, P.A. is the only lawyer I would go to for any Florida real estate law needs.

Miller Law, P.A. is the best law firm in Florida and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Rick, T.Buddy, and the entire team. While they are incredibly skilled in many areas of law, they're also able to help guide me to the best choice for me and my family in a way that I have felt very confident in the decisions I am making. The best attorneys in Lakeland. Our family has been using them for over 30 years. The entire office personnel are so kind and polite and very knowledgable. T Miller worked in the old Polk Federal building when i worked there in 1967. Very respectable and caring group they treat you like you are their family.

I have worked with several of the lawyers in this firm. Theodore, Rick and Will have all been very professional and knowledgeable. Whether it was closing a real estate transaction, creating a contract, reviewing a lease or even some estate planning documents, this firm completed all with great service. Estate planning felt overwhelming but our experience was wonderful once we got started with Mr. Theodore Miller. He took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and informed. He had a great way of explaining details that I had no prior knowledge of. We were able to feel confident and relieved to have been supported so well throughout the process. Marie was also fantastic in finishing the process off with us! She was kind and patient. We’re so thankful! Highly recommend!
